You can make your appointment with a Benefits Counselor today!

  • Click the button below to schedule your appointment.
  • From the drop-down, select the location you would like to meet with the Benefits Counselor on-site or through the Call Center.
  • If you select “Call Center – Telephonic”, a Benefits Counselor will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment – the call will originate from 855-632-7748.
  • If you select “Call Center – Virtual”, you must enter an email to receive a link to the appointment. Be prepared to be contacted by the Benefits Representative at the time of your appointment and be sure you are in front of your computer. The Benefits Counselor will provide a link to join your Virtual Enrollment Session.
